Meet The Founder

Our founder and president, Tom Ruemenapp, is an experienced professional home inspector and NACHI member and has been inspecting homes since 2004. Tom performs hundreds of inspections each year, while personally overseeing and interacting with our team of home inspectors. As an entrepreneur, Tom Ruemenapp was passionate to use his education and skills to quickly build his business. He founded his practice on principles of integrity, and with over a decade of inspection experience, Tom has developed a sharp eye and detailed understanding of what it means to be a proficient property inspector. Communication with customers is vital, and Tom dedicates additional time and resources to ensure each customer’s needs are met. This drives continuous education, upgrading systems, staffing, and streamlining everything from the booking process to invoicing.
