Our Inspection Services

All you need to do is call us, we do the rest. Just let us know what time and day is good for you and we will work with your schedule. Our inspection times are on a first come first serve basis. Be aware of your contract time frame, so you may have the time slot that works for you.

For your convenience we offer same-day and weekend inspection. We also provide an online inspection agreement and a secured online payment system accepting all major credit cards.

Our inspectors are equipped to perform winterization services with your home inspection. They are also equipped with portable propane and generator hookup for those properties where the utilities are turned off. We provide annual winterization services for many of our cottage clients for whom we open and close their homes and cottages every year.

As our client, we invite you to attend your inspection. This gives you first hand information, and provides you the opportunity to ask questions on site. Our reports are accurate, comprehensive, and will include photos and summary page. Reports are then emailed within 24 hours of the inspection.
